Welcome to Social Video AI, a browser-based platform for generating short videos and images with third-party AI models. You can create video clips from text prompts or reference images, review available model settings, and download results for your own editing and publishing workflow. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Social Video AI:

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Scope and Prohibited Content

This policy applies to all Social Video AI content creation and processing features, including image generation, text-to-image, image editing, image upscaling, and video generation. It covers prompts, uploaded images and videos, reference materials, generated outputs, and content shared through the service. You must not use the service to create, request, upload, transform, enhance, or distribute any of the following:

You must not attempt to bypass content safeguards or disguise prohibited requests. These restrictions apply regardless of whether the content is intended for private use or public distribution and supplement the Prohibited Activities section above.

Reporting Violations

If you discover or suspect that someone is using Social Video AI to generate or share prohibited content, report it to [email protected] with the subject line Content Safety Report. You may use this channel even if you do not have a Social Video AI account.

Please include a description of the concern, the relevant content URL or generation ID if available, the account information visible to you, and the approximate date and time. Provide only information you can lawfully access. Do not attach, download, or redistribute suspected CSAM or other illegal imagery; provide a location or identifier and a text description instead.

We use reports to investigate potential violations and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared where necessary to investigate a report, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

Content Review and Enforcement

Potential violations may come to our attention through user reports, service-provider safety flags, or review of activity on the service. Automated safeguards, where available, may block or flag requests or outputs, but they do not guarantee that every violation will be detected. We do not guarantee that every generated output is reviewed before it is delivered.

Our review process is as follows:

  1. Assess the concern: Review the report or safety signal and prioritize suspected child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, and credible threats of harm. We may temporarily restrict access to the relevant content or account while investigating.
  2. Investigate: Review the available prompts, inputs, outputs, and relevant account or activity information as necessary to assess the potential violation under this policy. We may request additional information from the reporter or account holder. Reports and disputed enforcement decisions may be assessed through human review.
  3. Take action: Depending on the severity and circumstances, we may reject generation requests, block or remove content within our control, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts. Serious violations, including CSAM, may result in immediate termination. Where required by applicable law, we will preserve relevant evidence and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
  4. Notify and allow appeal: Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will inform the affected user of the action and its reason. If you believe an action was taken in error, email [email protected] with the subject line Content Moderation Appeal, your account details, the relevant content or decision identifier, and the reason for your appeal. We will review the available information and communicate the outcome, and may restore content or access if the decision is reversed.
