Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

This policy explains how Social Video AI, available at socialvideoai.com, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you sign in, generate videos or images, purchase credits or subscriptions, or contact support. You can contact the Social Video AI team at [email protected] about this policy or your personal information.

Google Sign-In and Account Information

Social Video AI offers Google Sign-In, including Google One Tap where supported. If you choose this option, Google asks you to authorize the basic openid, email, and profile permissions. We receive your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and the name and profile image that Google makes available for sign-in.

We use this information to authenticate you, create or recognize your account, display your account identity, associate your generated content and credit balance with your account, and help resolve account or billing questions. We also record account creation time, sign-in provider, sign-in IP address, and referral or campaign information when available for account operations, attribution, and abuse prevention.

We store the account identifier, email address, display name, profile-image URL, and related account records in our service database. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Google authentication credentials are processed to establish and validate your session. We do not receive or store your Google password. Basic Google Sign-In does not give Social Video AI access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts, calendars, or YouTube account, and we do not request those permissions.

Google sign-in information is used for authentication and related account operations. We do not sell this Google user data, use it for advertising targeting, or use Google sign-in profile information to train our video or image generation models. Hosting, database, and support providers may process the information needed to operate these account functions. Access may also be necessary to investigate security incidents or comply with applicable legal obligations.

You can remove Social Video AI's access in your Google Account connections settings. Removing access prevents future authorized access through that connection; it does not automatically delete account records already held by Social Video AI. To request deletion of those records, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is yours. You can also sign out of the website to end the current session.

Prompts, Uploads, and Generated Content

When you use the generation tools, we process the prompts, reference images or other media, selected models, and settings you submit. These settings can include duration, resolution, and aspect ratio. We record generation requests, job status, output files or links, and the credits charged or returned so that we can deliver results, show generation history, and investigate failed requests.

The applicable AI generation provider receives the prompt, reference content, and settings needed to perform your request. Cloud storage and delivery providers store or serve uploaded and generated media. The provider depends on the model and feature you select; its own data practices also apply to the processing it performs. Avoid uploading material you do not have permission to use or including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

Google account profile data is separate from the creative material you submit. Using Google Sign-In does not itself authorize us to read content from other Google services or import it into a generation request.

Payments, Credits, and Support

If you make a purchase, payment providers such as Stripe process payment details. Social Video AI keeps order identifiers, purchaser email, plan or product information, payment status, subscription information, and credit transactions to fulfill purchases and manage billing. Card details entered into the payment provider's checkout are handled by that provider; Social Video AI does not store your full payment-card number.

If you contact support, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, identify relevant account or transaction records, and resolve your request. Our support mailbox is operated through Feishu Mail.

Social Video AI uses shared account infrastructure with related services operated by the same team. An existing account associated with your email may be recognized, and account, subscription, and credit records may be managed in that shared infrastructure. If your privacy request concerns more than one of those services, please identify the services in your message so that we can determine its scope.

Usage Data, Cookies, and Analytics

Our servers and service providers process technical data such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, visited URLs, referral information, and error logs to deliver the site, protect accounts, and diagnose problems. We use essential session cookies for sign-in and may store preferences and referral information in the browser.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions, such as page views, session starts, browser or device characteristics, and referral sources. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers. We also use a self-hosted Plausible Analytics service to measure aggregate website traffic, including visited pages, referrals, device categories, and approximate location. These tools help us understand which pages are used and whether the website works as expected. They are separate from the Google permissions used for account sign-in.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or other features from working. Google provides information about its processing in its Privacy Policy and an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Signing out of Google or disconnecting Google Sign-In does not automatically disable website analytics cookies.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share the information necessary to operate the service with providers of authentication, hosting, databases, storage and content delivery, AI generation, payment processing, analytics, and email support. For example, Google provides sign-in and Google Analytics, Stripe processes supported payments, and Feishu handles support email. Different generation models may use different processing providers.

We may disclose relevant information when required by applicable law, to respond to valid legal requests, to investigate abuse or fraud, or to protect users and the service. If the business or relevant assets are transferred, associated records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable requirements and notice where required.

Storage, Retention, and Security

We retain account, generation, support, and transaction information as needed to provide the service, maintain account and credit records, resolve support or billing issues, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention can differ by record type. Deleting a browser cookie or revoking Google access does not itself remove server-side records. Backup copies and records subject to a legal retention requirement may remain after a deletion request until they can be removed through the applicable retention process.

We use HTTPS for communication with the website and restrict access to service systems. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than your own; the location depends on the infrastructure and provider used for the relevant feature.

Your Choices and Requests

You can contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, or to raise an objection or other privacy request available under applicable law. Please describe your request and identify the account email. We verify requests before disclosing or deleting account data and explain any information we must retain and why. We do not require you to send your Google password.

You can choose not to sign in or submit generation content, revoke the Google connection, sign out, and manage browser cookies. Some functions require account or billing information and cannot operate without it.

Children and Policy Changes

Social Video AI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support so that we can investigate and address the information.

We may update this policy as the service or its data practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or request consent when required for a material change in how information is used.
